Sponsorship Levels
Let us work with you to create the greatest visibility for your company at the 2010 Symposium. Listed below is a sample of the opportunities. Contact us for more details.
Please note, the first 15 sponsors that request will be given the opportunity to give a 5 minute talk to the conference attendees at a Thursday evening session.
Platinum Level:
-Sponsorship of the Friday Evening Gala includes four tickets for an exciting event that includes great food and a fabulous local band.
Gold Level:
-Sponsor a keynote speaker or boxed lunch any day of the conference.
Silver Level:
-Sponsor the Opening Night Reception
-Sponsor Conference Break (includes signage at break area)
-Sponsor a Lecture
Bronze Level:
-Sponsor a conference speaker
-Sponsor a scheduled Wet Lab on Wednesday
-Sponsor Pocket Guides (distributed to all attendees upon arrival to the conference)
-Internet Cafe Sponsor (provides 6 workstations with wireless network capabilities for conference attendees to check email and access the world-wide-web)
General Level:
-Non-specified sponsorship, will be used as needed.
Extras:
-In addition to sponsor benefits listed each event/activity will have signage denoting sponsor
or logo posted and visible at each event sponsored.

Booth Space Only - $1,000

o One Booth Space-Exhibit Space includes: an eight foot by eight foot booth in the exhibit lounge, one six-foot table (covered and skirted), and electricity.

Availability:
Sponsorship and Exhibit booth space is available on a first-come, first-served basis. We will continue to accept your Exhibitor Registration as long as there is still space available. However, if your Exhibitor Registration Form is not received prior to May 1, 2010, we cannot guarantee your inclusion in the exhibitor/sponsor page of the conference website.
Deadlines:
Payment will be accepted up until June 1, 2010. Registration forms received after June 1, 2010, cannot be guaranteed exhibit space or inclusion on the conference web site.
Cancellation Policy:
To cancel booth space registration, call Kris Street at 334-844-2497 begin_of_the_skype_highlighting 334-844-2497 end_of_the_skype_highlighting begin_of_the_skype_highlighting 334-844-2497 end_of_the_skype_highlighting. Your booth space registration fee, less a $50 processing charge, will be refunded for cancellation made before May 1, 2010. Booth space cancellations made May 1-May 15 will result in 50 percent refund ($500). Refunds will not be issued after May 15 for booth space registration.
Sponsorships will not be refunded.
